(1) The Appearance Of The Rapier Gripper Head

The surface of the rapier gripper head should be smooth, with no waste edge, burrs, cracks, dents, and bubbles, and should not appear broken weft phenomenon.

The contact surface of the warp yarn should be connected round and smooth, and there should not be any defects on the over-yarn surface leading to yarn breakage.

(2) The weft-sending sword must work stably and reliably, the pressure plate must be in good contact with the contact surface on the left shell, and the head height of the pressure plate must ensure that the various weft yarns are accurately incorporated into the jaws and reliably clamp the weft yarns, and there should be no off-weft and broken weft phenomenon.

(3) The working surface of the weft sword clamping rod and the yarn hook should be smooth without burrs, impervious to the anastomosis, and sensitive to opening to ensure reliable weft yarn clamping.

(4) The size of the gap between the weft sword guide yarn branch support arm and the hook metal head should be determined by the thickness of the spinning yarn, generally manipulated in 0.3 ~ 1.2mm, to ensure that each spinning yarn can enter smoothly.

(5) The weight of the rapier gripper head should be determined by the overall structural design of each type of rapier loom.
