The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to roll out a scheme of 450 residential plots, ranging between 120 to 300 sqm, in Sector 16 near Jewar Airport by Dec 25, 2021. The land price is likely to be around Rs. 17,800/Sq. Meter according to sources.

Following the foundation stone laying ceremony of the Noida International Airport at Jewar last month, officials said there has been an increase in interest for residential, commercial and industrial plots in the region. In view of this, the YEIDA has begun preparations to launch a residential plor scheme.

While the authority’s planning department is still sourcing plots and finalising the details, the CEO told that the residential plot scheme will be launched by December 25.

"Preparations are underway. While the number of plots is not yet finalised, but we can say about 450 plots will be on offer,” Singh said, adding that the plot sizes will include 120 sqm, 162 sqm, 200 sqm and over 300 sqm.

YEIDA’s Sector 16 is a mixed land use sector of both residential and commercial categories.
